The vertical cheese maker, whose body has the shape of a double "O", is equipped with two reverse cutting and kneading mechanisms. Heating elements are installed in the walls and bottom. The double cone bottom has two valves connected into one manifold.
Heating is carried out by means of a coil filled with hot water.
The module is equipped with: a hatch and internal lighting; washing heads connected to the collector; temperature sensors built into the cutting and kneading mechanism; level sensors; soft heating system; control panel according to the level of automation.
The speed of rotation of the cutting and kneading mechanisms is smoothly adjustable.
